“Where to start with Drew…Firstly, this is one of very few reviews I have written in my life. I’m not the type of person to write them, but on this occasion, I feel that it was more than deserved.Secondly, on the lead up to the wedding, I wrongly underestimated the importance of the ceremony itself and how a personal touch can make all the difference. Our ceremony was brilliant, and it was one of the main talking points by our guests following the wedding. It had romance, it had emotion, it had just the right amount of humour and most importantly it told our story in a way which we would tell it…It reflected us perfectly.Not only that, but with all that was going on with the other aspects of the wedding it was refreshing to know that Drew was prepared and on the ball. He constantly checked in with us to make sure we were happy with everything and had the first draft ready for reviewal well in advance of the big day, allowing any changes to be made in plenty of time.We got to know Drew over the year prior to the wedding and as much as it’s hard to fit in zoom meetings etc around normal working life, it was great to build that relationship over time and this was reflected in how Drew delivered the ceremony.On the day itself Drew done what he could to help us out when other things weren’t quite going to plan. He has a calming nature; he was very helpful and by all accounts a genuinely great guy. If he’s ever up in Scotland I will happily buy the man a beer5 from the Neilson’s!!”

Zoom calls throughout the planning process to tailor our ceremony down to the final details were an excellent part of his service, but what stood out during these calls was Drew's willingness to offer help that was outside of his role as our celebrant. This was extremely helpful as we weren't very familiar with the area that our wedding was held in.On the weekend of the wedding Itself, drew came into his own, he met us for a meal the night before to iron out any creases and put us at ease then joined us to say hello to all of our wedding guests who had all gathered for a few drinks.On the day of the wedding a few spanners were thrown into the works that had absolutely nothing to do with Drew but again he went beyond what we thought a celebrant to be, he operated as translator, wedding planner, and mediator all before conducting the ceremony we had dreamt of.Drew's ceremony had everyone shedding a tear, the good sort of tears! His storytelling and humour were brilliant, and we had so many people telling us about the great job that he did.If you choose drew to be your celebrant, you won't be disappointed.”

I recently just had my wedding in Spain and the most significant and momentous purchase we made,was hiring our celebrant Drew.I cannot even begin to put into words how immensely grateful me and my new husband are for the incredibly high standard of service we received from Drew from the very start of booking till the very end of our wedding night.Drew had taken such time and care into putting our ceremony service together, i’m pretty sure he was family in a past life.He more or less knows every single one of my guests names and what they do, he knows me and my husband inside out, so much so that he curated the most perfect vows for us to say in front of our family and loved ones.We also had him stay for ‘master of ceremonies’ which was also the best choice we could have made.Drew had everyone on their feet from the get go. From directing everyone where to go and when to stand, to introducing our other vendors and absolutely getting the party started.My whole wedding party has not stopped complimenting Drew and praising him for his work.

“Drew… I know what we wanted our ceremony to be like was quite a tall order. It involved you needing to sing, hit one liners, traditional parts and comedy… you smashed it!.
You completely did us proud, there is no one else that could have pulled off our slightly ‘alternative’ ceremony like you did. Your patience from the beginning and flexibility to accommodate exactly what we wanted was unmeasured and nothing was too much trouble.
Your comedy timing was impeccable, you understood the guests so quickly and involved them from before the ceremony began. The most amazing thing was it came over very natural and fun, which is what we asked for.
